Beatrice Venezi, orchestra director of Tuscan origin, was named one of the 100 Young Leaders of the Future by Forbes magazine in 2018. Interested in all kinds of music, from classical to electronic, she loves to experiment and blend styles, while always remaining true to tradition. She is one of a small number of internationally renowned female orchestra directors and has raised her baton in Japan, Portugal, the United States, Canada, and Argentina, in addition to Milan and Florence.

Elena Dallorso, writer and journalist, loves to travel in search of stories and allows herself to be inspired by both people and things. Accomplished cook and passionate about wine, her previous publications include two books written with Francesco Nicchiarelli for Feltrinelli that explore the subject that intrigues her most: human relationships and the culinary arts (with a special emphasis on wine pairing). She is the author of Bunches of Notes, her first novel inspired by the world of Biondi-Santi.
